About The Owners

Josh Cornelison

Hi everyone, my name is Josh Cornelison. Ive been in the exterior cleaning industry for almost 3 years. I started my first year and half learning commercial pressure washing under two awesome mentors in Orlando, FL. I later moved to Tampa, and was introduced to the residential side of washing and sealing. I love the customer interaction that residential cleaning has from beginning, to the end of each project. I get satisfaction out of leaving each customer with a smile on their face after each completed job.

I’ve always had this passion to start my own business. When I moved to Tampa, I worked with Jason for about a year. Jason and I shared the same type of work ethic and drive. We ended up becoming really great friends. One day, I shot the idea about starting our own paver sealing/ exterior cleaning company and now here we are!

When I’m not working, I love catching up on some sports. I’ve recently developed a new passion for photography and flying drones. I enjoy trying out new restaurants, and just being active. I have an English Bulldog, so I have a soft spot for pets. Other than that, I absolutely love being a business owner, and absorbing everything I can about successfully running a business.

Jason Burchett

My name is Jason Burchett. I’ve been in the exterior cleaning industry for also 3 years now! I love what I do, and most importantly, I love making customers happy. I began my journey in pressure washing/paver sealing in 2021, after a short career in law enforcement. The first company I worked for was owner operator, and I liked the fact the owner was also completing the work. I feel customers need the one on one interaction to feel comfortable with who is completing the job.

A little bit of information about me is, that I’ve been married to my wife Yolanda, for 5 years. We have a beautiful blended family of 5 children. We enjoy spending time at the pool and eating at “hole in the wall,” restaurants as a family. To my future customers, I take pride in the work I complete. I enjoy what I do and consider this a blessing, not a job.
